Prices & Currency
All prices displayed on the website are shown in USD (United States Dollars).
Payments may be completed through PayPal or Revolut following booking confirmation.
Elements4Travel reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. However, confirmed reservations will always honor the agreed booking price.
Booking Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed only after:
- Required payment or deposit has been received.
- Availability has been verified.
- Confirmation email has been issued by Elements4Travel.
Elements4Travel reserves the right to decline bookings in case of unavailable dates, operational restrictions, or exceptional circumstances.
Deposits & Payments
Private Tours
Payment conditions may vary depending on the selected experience.
Certain tours may require full payment at the time of booking.
For customized private itineraries, a deposit may be required to secure the reservation.
Retreats & Multi-Day Experiences
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure participation.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to arrival according to the instructions provided after booking confirmation.
Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellations & Refunds
More than 30 days before departure
- 80% refund of the total tour value.
- 20% retained as planning and reservation fee.
- Third-party admissions are refundable only if the supplier allows refunds.
Between 14 and 29 days before departure
- 50% refund of the total tour value.
- Third-party admissions refunded only when applicable.
Less than 14 days before departure
- No refund available.
Elements4Travel may, at its sole discretion, offer partial credit or alternative arrangements when possible.
Weather & Force Majeure
Icelandic weather conditions can change rapidly.
Elements4Travel reserves the right to:
- Modify routes
- Change departure times
- Adjust itineraries
- Cancel activities when necessary for safety reasons
including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Road closures
- Volcanic activity
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
Whenever possible, alternative solutions or rescheduling options will be offered.
Northern Lights Disclaimer
Northern Lights sightings depend entirely on:
- Weather conditions
- Cloud cover
- Solar activity
Elements4Travel cannot guarantee Aurora Borealis visibility and no refunds are provided due to lack of sightings.
Liability
Participation in all tours and experiences is entirely at the guest’s own risk.
Elements4Travel shall not be held liable for:
- Personal injury
- Illness
- Accidents
- Delays
- Flight disruptions
- Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
Photography & Marketing
During tours and experiences, photographs and videos may be captured for promotional purposes.
By participating, guests grant Elements4Travel permission to use such content unless otherwise requested in writing before the experience.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Iceland.
Any disputes arising from bookings or participation in experiences offered by Elements4Travel shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Icelandic courts.
